Our Returns Policy
We hope you love your sculpture as much as we do! However, if you do want to return your item please e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we will email you a returns form.
Please ensure your item arrives safely back to us within 14 days of receipt for UK returns.
You’ll need to use a trackable mail service with insurance and pay the postage charge.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of your returned item.
We will offer a full refund minus delivery costs, to your PayPal account, within 7 working days of receipt of the undamaged returned item.
Commissioned items are non-refundable.
All items must be returned in a perfect condition.
Please make sure you return them in the same packaging, otherwise we cannot accept the return from you.
International Returns Customers
Please use a reputable international courier service which ensures that your parcel is tracked and insured as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Remember that when returning goods you must complete a pro-forma invoice (usually provided by your chosen courier) clearly stating that your return parcel is ‘British Return Goods’ with a domestic sales value of £0.00. This will ensure that your returned items are not applicable to duty once they reach the UK.
If your package is not clearly marked and duty must be paid before release of your return parcel from customs it is regrettable that Goldcrest Arts will refuse delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any assistance with the above.
